At Driyu, we understand that your pet is family. Our mission is simple: to help bring lost pets home safely to the people who love them. These terms exist to ensure we can provide you with the best possible service to protect your furry family member.
By creating an account with Driyu, you are joining a community dedicated to pet safety. You agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and acknowledge that we are working together toward one goal: keeping your pet safe. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Driyu provides pet identification tags with QR codes that connect finders to your pet's profile. When someone finds your lost pet, they can scan the tag and instantly see:
Service Modifications: We are constantly improving. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. While the standard tag profile is currently free, we may introduce optional premium features in the future. We will always notify you of any price changes.

We provide the Driyu pet identification tag for FREE. You pay only for shipping and handling ($10 flat rate via USPS with tracking).

We take your privacy seriously. Your contact information is shared with finders ONLY when they scan your pet's tag. We do not display your home address to finders for your safety. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

While we do everything possible to help reunite lost pets, we cannot guarantee your pet will be found or returned.
Like all pet tags, Driyu tags are subject to normal wear and tear. It is your responsibility to check the tag regularly to ensure it is legible and securely attached to the collar. We recommend using a backup identification method (like a microchip) in case the tag becomes detached.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Driyu is not liable for damages resulting from lost/stolen pets, service interruptions, or actions of third-party finders. Your maximum remedy is limited to the amount you paid for shipping ($10).
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
⚠️ Deleting Your Account: You may close your account at any time. However, please note:
If you delete your account, your pet's data is removed and the QR tag will STOP WORKING. If you simply wish to stop receiving emails, please unsubscribe rather than deleting your account, so your pet remains protected.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes related to these Terms or the Service shall be heard exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

You agree that any dispute with Driyu will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. We prefer to resolve issues directly—please contact support first so we can fix the problem.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our service or the law. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of Driyu after changes means you accept the updated terms.
